Hello lovely mighty companion! What are you up to on this beautiful Sunday morning?
I’m laying in bed, sipping on some green tea with almond milk + honey while soaking in the sunlight that’s pouring in through my bedroom window. I have no plans for the day.
Oh how I love the freedom that comes with a day of no to-do lists or expectations…
That being said, why not start the day off with a little yoga? I think I will, thank you very much ;)
Below is my first attempt at filming a yoga video for you since I’ve become a teacher, and there’s definitely a bit of a learning curve. This class ended up being very fast, and for that reason, I consider it to be more of an intermediate class. I don’t talk too much about alignments and I’m assuming you’re already familiar with a lot of the more common poses in yoga like upward/downward dog, etc.

My plan is to have Spiritual Sweat Sunday at least every other Sunday with some sort of yoga class. Would you be interested in that? These yoga videos take a lot of time for me to film and edit so I’m going to start with every other week and see how it goes. I would love to hear your feedback in the comments below.
