My favorite days are the ones fully and deliberately lived. The days when you see the sunrise and the sunset. The days you go places with no cell service and find a better connection with the people, plants, and animals around you. I hope to share those days here.
With every video I make, my intention is to share another way of thinking about a particular situation, because what you see and experience reflects your thinking. I call those videos Soul Workouts.

I’ve been a student of A Course in Miracles (ACIM) for many years. That is my guiding spiritual practice. I combine the teachings from ACIM with The Work of Byron Katie to make up the core of my daily inquiry practice. In addition, I come back to the teachings in Geneen Roth’s books over and over. These are the three main resources I turn to in times of stress. I’ve learned that nothing will change until you apply the ideas from whatever teaching you connect with. So I stick to the method of inquiry outlined in The Work and I focus on actually applying it. This has made all the difference.
